I have had this for a little while now and I can't get over how awesome it is! It's the DJI Ronin M, and it is worth every penny. This expands my capabilities to capture the smoothest shots possible. While I am a firm believer in the fact that the gear you have doesn't automatically make your videos any better. This little guy can make the camera do things with ease that I wouldn't be able to accomplish with any amount of patience or skill.
I tend to geek out a little bit with new equipment, especially when I know that the equipment will help me tell your story in a more visually pleasing way. The DJI Ronin M is a three axis gimbal that keeps the camera stable as you walk around. It can eliminate the jitters and shakes that come with holding the camera in your hand and walking. One of the cool features is that it comes with a remote control that allows a second person to operate the gimbal. You can also set it up as a tripod and get some really unique looking shots such as rolling the camera. I am stoked to use it on future projects.
